How to Order: New Prescription(s)

Existing customers with new prescription(s)

You do not need to fill our the patient information forms and health questionnaire to place an order for a new prescription. Simply search for your prescription drug prices and then fax us your new prescription to 1-877-507-3061.

It's Easy When You're an Existing Customer!
Step 1 Canadian Pharmacy Refill Step One Click here to check current prices for your Canadian prescription drugs. PLEASE NOTE: Prices fluctuate according to the U.S. Dollar.
Step 2 Fax your prescription toll-free at 1-877-507-3061. Be sure to include a cover page with your name, address, and telephone number written legibly.
Step 3

If you fax your prescriptions, contact us approximately 30 minutes after sending your completed Patient Information Forms to verify that your order is complete.

 

Other ways to obtain Patient Information Forms

 

Our mailing cost is $13.00 per package regardless of the number of prescriptions. If more than one person is ordering, shipments going to the same address can be sent in the same package.

What's Next?

Each prescription is reviewed by one of our licensed and professionally registered physicians.

One of our doctors or a nurse will call you to verify the meds and also to ensure that the doses are correct. You may also be asked general questions about the monitoring of your condition if you receive a phone call (or you requested that a Canadian physician or pharmacist contact you).

Prescriptions are filled by a licensed Canadian pharmacist and delivered to your door.

Although we treat every order as an expedited order, please allow up to one month for delivery of prescriptions to account for possible mail delays. Read more information about shipping times and reasons for possible mail delays.
